Vanguard welcomes Stavrini Michailidou as Chief People Officer
Vanguard is pleased to welcome Stavrini Michailidou as Chief People Officer, strengthening the Group’s leadership team as the business continues to grow internationally.
Stavrini brings more than 15 years of HR experience across multinational organisations and industries, with significant experience within the maritime sector. Most recently, she served as Global Head of Human Resources at a world leading ship management company, where she led the HR function across multiple Group entities and supported more than 1,200 employees worldwide.
Her experience spans global HR strategy, organisational development, talent and leadership, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR transformation, including the development of HR structures across different countries and businesses.
Stavrini joins Vanguard at an important stage in the Group’s development. As Vanguard continues to expand its international team and build its capabilities across maritime intelligence, technology, loss prevention and operational response, the people and organisational infrastructure behind that growth are equally important.
As Chief People Officer, Stavrini will lead Vanguard’s People function across the Group, working closely with the leadership team and colleagues across its international operations. Her focus will include supporting the Group’s continued recruitment and development, strengthening people processes and helping ensure Vanguard has the structure, culture and talent required for its next stage of growth.
Stavrini Michailidou, Chief People Officer, said:
“I’m delighted to be joining Vanguard at such an exciting point in its development. I’m looking forward to working with colleagues across the Group, supporting our people and helping to build the structures and culture that will enable the business to continue growing successfully.”
Welcome to Vanguard, Stavrini.
